IMPORTANT DATES TO KNOW
HONORS DIVISION REGISTRATION DEADLINES
School | Teacher Registration Deadline
Mon, Nov 4 thru NOON, Mon, Jan 27, 2025.
Teachers with students participating in the Fair's Honors Division MUST register their school by the deadline before students can register.
Student Registration Deadline
Mon, Nov 18 thru NOON, Fri, Jan 31, 2025 | Two separate Registration Portals required for students competing in the Honors Division.
Students will need to register via the 1) Primary (general K-12 regional Science Fair registration) and the 2) Secondary (Honors Division) Online Registration Portals. Secondary Registration includes Academy Honors Division Entry Application and ISEF required forms upload.
Project Upload Deadline
Fri, Jan 31 thru Midnight, Fri, Feb 7, 2025 | Two separate Project Upload Portals required for students competing in the Honors Division.
Students need to upload their project presentation, quad chart, logbook, and and ISEF required forms by the upload deadline to the 1) Primary (general K-12 regional Science Fair Project Upload Portal and their 2) project presentation only to the Honors Division Project Upload Portal.

Virtual Project Judging Round One
Sat, Feb 8 — Thu, Feb 13, 2025
The first round of judging takes place virtually between Feb 8 - 13. The top 10-12 student finalists are selected to move on to the in-person competition on Feb 22.
In-Person Finalists Fair Day and Poster Presentations

The 2025 Honors Division Finalists Round will be held in-person on Sat, Feb 22. Location TBA.
Regeneron ISEF
May 10 - 16, 2025, Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair 2025 in Columbus, OH
The top 2 highest scoring Honors Division students are selected to represent the St. Louis City/County Region at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) which will be held in Columbus, Ohio in 2025.
